An internal haemorrhage-control system for knife, gunshot and deep-track wounds. Designed to expand safely inside the wound cavity, applying targeted internal pressure while maintaining external visibility for clinicians.

A future evolution of BleedWrap™ incorporating integrated antiseptic agents to reduce infection risk during extended pre-hospital care. Retains full transparency and controlled-compression performance.

Self-Fusing Finger Dressing

A compact, transparent dressing for digital injuries. Provides 360° compression, conforms naturally to fingers and thumbs, and requires no adhesives, making it ideal for cuts, crush injuries and manual-work trauma.

Contour Compression Dome

A transparent, moulded accessory designed for curved, uneven or anatomically difficult areas where standard wrapping cannot generate reliable pressure — such as shoulders, armpits, groin, neck contours and around joints.

Used alongside BleedWrap™, the dome focuses pressure precisely where needed while maintaining full wound visibility.

BurnSheet™

A transparent, non-adhesive silicone barrier designed for the initial protection of burn injuries during first-aid management.

Intended as a purpose-designed alternative to improvised coverings such as cling film, BurnSheet lays loosely over the injury without applying pressure or adhering to the wound, helping avoid occlusion while allowing continued cooling and visual assessment.
